Love These Headphones! The Elephant- blue

We just opened our box of headphones and love them so far! The packaging was adorable, sustainable without any plastic, and the directions are very easy to follow. My son loves the color and how soft the padding is on his head and ears. They will be great for use with his Chromebook at home and at school.
Extra bonus! They work with his Xbox.. which is very exciting in a 10 year olds world!
These are awesome! And we love love that the product is sustainable and wont harm our planet.

Fantastic

We bought these headphones for my 2 year old daughter and she absolutely loves them! They have fantastic sound and fit her head perfectly with lots of room for growth! I cannot recommend these highly enough!

Order not shipped and no update

Ordered a set of headphones, believing that delivery would happen in two working days as stated on the website. 5 working days later, order hasn’t shipped and no reply to my email to Customer Services. Had ordered for my daughter to use on a flight tomorrow - so much for that.

My daughter received these for xmas 2020 and complained they didn't work after a short while. I was really disappointed and in the back of my mind wanted to return them but the months went passed as it does until last week when I got around to looking at them. I emailed customer care and asked if they could replace the cables first as I thought that was the problem. With no quibbles and very quickly they arrived in the post last week and now they work perfectly and my daughter is very happy. Great customer service, lovely looking headphones. As for sound quality - Im not an expert nor is my daughter so I can't comment but for a child they do the job.
