We pride ourselves on the quality of POGS headphones. In case something is wrong, we offer a 2 year limited warranty. Please see below how to make use of this warranty if needed.

POGS Headphones can be exchanged/returned within 14 days of purchase in case the product including the cables are still in the original package and are not damaged.

Please put the items you want to exchange or return in the original packaging, together with the completed Exchange & Returns form and ship them to us using a shipping company of your choice.

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will ship you the product(s) you request in exchange, or refund your money as soon as possible.

 

Warranty

In the very unfortunate case your product malfunctions, you can send it back to us within 2 years after purchase. Before you go to the effort of completing the the Warranty form and sending us your product, please run through the questions below to see whether your issue can be solved.

If the problem is not resolved, please complete the POGS Warranty form (click here), and send us your product together with the completed Warranty form, and we'll check it out. If the malfunction is covered by the warranty, we will send you a new, replacement product as soon as possible, so you can get back to enjoying. If not, we'll let you know why.
