We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do. If for whatever reason you would like to exchange or return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after purchase, no questions asked as long as the product, including the cables, are still in the original packaging and are not damaged. 

We pride ourselves on the quality of POGS headphones. In case something is wrong with your POGS, we offer a 1 year limited warranty.

Please see below how to exchange your purchase or make use of this warranty if needed. 

Exchange & returns within 14 days of purchase

If you purchased your product through a POGS website, please contact our customer service at hello@pogsheadphones.com to process your return. Be sure to include your order number, the reason for your return, and your desired solution (exchange or return).  

If you ordered your POGS through one of our partners, like Amazon, please visit their site and you will either find a returns or customer service link at the top of their homepage that will take you through their returns process. 

Warranty up to 1 year after purchase

In the very unfortunate case you have an issue with your POGS, you can send it back to us within the first (1) year after purchase. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions and user manuals to see if your issue can be solved before returning your product.

Problem not resolved? You can email us at hello@pogsheadphones.com and include your order number and a description of the problem you encounter with your POGS.  Our customer service will set to work right away to solve your issue.

Standard ONE YEAR Warranty 

POGS Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal recreational use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. POGS Inc. agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to replace a non-working product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the original dated sales receipt. 


WARRANTY LIMITATIONS 

This warranty does not include:  

  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary recreational wear or any use for which the product was not intended. 
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.  
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.  
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse. 
  • Normal wear and tear. 
  • Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.

For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transactions, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this product. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes. 


CLAIM PROCEDURES:  

  • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within (1) year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days after the merchandise is received.  
  • Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection.  
  • Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice.  
  • If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
