Ordered a set of headphones, believing that delivery would happen in two working days as stated on the website. 5 working days later, order hasn’t shipped and no reply to my email to Customer Services. Had ordered for my daughter to use on a flight tomorrow - so much for that.
My daughter received these for xmas 2020 and complained they didn't work after a short while. I was really disappointed and in the back of my mind wanted to return them but the months went passed as it does until last week when I got around to looking at them. I emailed customer care and asked if they could replace the cables first as I thought that was the problem. With no quibbles and very quickly they arrived in the post last week and now they work perfectly and my daughter is very happy. Great customer service, lovely looking headphones. As for sound quality - Im not an expert nor is my daughter so I can't comment but for a child they do the job.

After the headphones with a wire we now we have the wireless the headphones and we are very very statisfied. And also the service is great!
I gave the Gecko to my older nice and she is loving it. Provides her independence from any cable and she can freely move in her room while listening to an audiobook or music.
